Our Insured and its partner were involved in a digital transformation project for a client. The Insured was to provide software and products services. The project was delayed and the Insured’s partner sued the Insured after settling with the client. 

Outcome: We defended our Insured and were ultimately able to resolve this matter with the partner.

Our insured had a software as a service agreement with a client. Our Insured was given access to a competitor’s product pursuant to a software as a service agreement. The competitor sued our insured, alleging that that our Insured made changes to its system after accessing the competitor’s product and poached the competitor’s existing and prospective clients. 

Outcome: We defended our Insured in this matter and ultimately resolved this matter in advance of trial.
